Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 1, 2026 • Unified™ Desktop Platform

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Unified™ software application (“Software”). By activating, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and possession of a valid license key, Unified™ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and execute the Software on an authorized computing device.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
Sub-license, rent, lease, or distribute your license key or access credentials to unauthorized third parties.
Circumvent or attempt to disable any licensing, cryptographic hardware verification, or digital rights management technologies employed by the Software.

3. Cloud Synchronization & User Content

You retain full and exclusive ownership of all documents, templates, and data created or edited using the Software. Cloud synchronization features utilize your personal Google Drive account. You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your local files and ensuring compliance with Google’s Terms of Service.

4. License Deactivation & Transfer

Each license key permits activation across designated hardware endpoints. When moving a license to a new workstation, prior hardware authorizations may be revoked automatically by our licensing service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNIFIED™, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
